How to Request a Refund

Please email support@alamayabali.com
with the following details:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • The tour you joined
  • The date of your tour
  • Your tour guide’s/drivers name
  • A short description of your experience and why you’re requesting a refund
Terms & Conditions
  • This guarantee applies only to bookings made directly on www.alamayabali.com

  • You’ll need to verify your identity as the guest who booked and joined the tour.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, ceremonies, or traffic delays.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
