By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Full payment is required to secure your booking unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:
Prices are subject to change before confirmation and may vary depending on currency exchange rates or local taxes.
All product prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and may also be shown in other currencies for reference.
However, the final settlement will be made in IDR, using the exchange rate provided by Bloomberg.com.
For every successful booking transaction, the user/buyer will receive a voucher and payment receipt via email.
The voucher serves as proof of a valid transaction.

All transactions made through the Alamaya Bali website are processed via a secure Payment Gateway partner.
Payments using Visa, MasterCard, JCB Secure, PayPal, DANA, ATM Bersama, Prima Network, and Alfagroup are encrypted using
128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and comply with international security standards to ensure your data and payments remain safe.
The usage of vouchers must comply with Alamaya Bali’s Terms & Conditions and the listed vendor’s Terms & Conditions (if applicable).

Requests to reschedule should be made at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if rates differ on the new dates.
Alamaya Bali cannot be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will offer a fair solution, such as a free reschedule or refund.
Alamaya Bali is responsible only for services directly provided by us.
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party services (e.g., hotels, transport providers, or partners).
All guests participate at their own risk.
By joining any Alamaya Bali experience, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the activity to be used for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please inform our team before your experience begins.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible, or through the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
