Alamaya Bali offers curated retreats and immersive travel experiences across Bali, focusing on authenticity, personal connection, and well-being.
All bookings made through

(“the Website”) are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.


Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive an official confirmation email from Alamaya Bali.
  • The lead guest is responsible for sharing all booking details with other participants.
  • Any special requests should be made in writing prior to your arrival.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure your booking unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • JCB Secure
  • PayPal
  • DANA
  • ATM Bersama
  • Prima Network
  • Alfagroup outlets (Alfamart, Alfamidi, etc.)

Prices are subject to change before confirmation and may vary depending on currency exchange rates or local taxes.

Product Pricing

All product prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and may also be shown in other currencies for reference.
However, the final settlement will be made in IDR, using the exchange rate provided by Bloomberg.com.


Voucher & Payment Receipt

For every successful booking transaction, the user/buyer will receive a voucher and payment receipt via email.
The voucher serves as proof of a valid transaction.

Please note:

  • The email may go to your spam/junk folder, so kindly check and mark it as “Not Spam” for future convenience.
  • If you do not receive your voucher, please contact us at helloalamayabali@gmail.com.
  • Guests are required to print or save the e-voucher on their mobile device and present it to Alamaya Bali staff upon arrival.
  • If any staff refuses to deliver the service, please contact us immediately at
    helloalamayabali@gmail.com
    so we can resolve it promptly.

Payment Security

All transactions made through the Alamaya Bali website are processed via a secure Payment Gateway partner.
Payments using Visa, MasterCard, JCB Secure, PayPal, DANA, ATM Bersama, Prima Network, and Alfagroup are encrypted using
128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and comply with international security standards to ensure your data and payments remain safe.


Usage of Vouchers Policy

The usage of vouchers must comply with Alamaya Bali’s Terms & Conditions and the listed vendor’s Terms & Conditions (if applicable).
Listed vendors are the sellers providing the respective products and/or services.

Please note:

  • Vouchers are valid only for the date stated.
  • Alamaya Bali reserves the right to request an additional charge for products or services not included in the original voucher description.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products or services without prior approval from Alamaya Bali.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alamaya Bali, we understand that plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy designed for your peace of mind.

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience: 100% refund (minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: Non-refundable, but we’ll gladly help you reschedule based on availability.
  • Extreme weather or unforeseen events: You may reschedule at no cost, or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

We believe every guest deserves an unforgettable Bali experience.
If your experience didn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

You may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A travel credit of equal value for a future experience.

within 10 days of your tour date, including:

  1. Full name and contact number
  2. Tour name and date
  3. Driver’s name (if applicable)
  4. A brief description and reason for refund request

We review all requests carefully and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority.


Changes & Rescheduling

We’re happy to adjust your booking if your plans change.
Requests to reschedule should be made at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if rates differ on the new dates.


Health & Safety
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in any activity.
  • Certain activities may not be suitable for pregnant women or guests with medical conditions.
  • Alamaya Bali maintains high safety and hygiene standards across all experiences.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Alamaya Bali cannot be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will offer a fair solution, such as a free reschedule or refund.


Limitation of Liability

Alamaya Bali is responsible only for services directly provided by us.
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party services (e.g., hotels, transport providers, or partners).
All guests participate at their own risk.


Use of Media

By joining any Alamaya Bali experience, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the activity to be used for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please inform our team before your experience begins.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible, or through the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
