Our tour packages include hotel pick-up and drop-off, all entrance tickets, mineral water, insurance, and a friendly driver who also serves as your guide. (Lunch is not included unless stated otherwise in specific packages.)

After a successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our booking system. This email serves as your voucher and contains all the booking details, contact information, and other important instructions. Please show this email to our tour guide upon pick-up.

No, we don’t offer a deposit payment option. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. However, if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience, you’ll receive a 100% refund (minus processing fees).

In case of extreme weather or unforeseen events, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
If the weather on the tour day makes the activity impossible, we will help you reschedule the tour to another date at no extra charge.
