About Booking

All of our tours require a minimum of 2 participants.

To guarantee availability, we highly recommend booking at least 1 day before your desired tour date. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings.

Yes, all of our tours are private. You will be traveling exclusively with your group, accompanied by our driver and tour guide.

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed through Paypal and use advanced encryption technology to protect your sensitive data. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

If you experience an error or any technical issues, please take a screenshot and immediately contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. We will assist you in completing your booking as quickly as possible.

Our packages include pick-up & drop-off, all entrance tickets, lunch (for certain packages), mineral water, insurance, and a driver who serves as your guide.

Yes, pick-up and drop-off are free if your location is within our designated areas. There may be an additional fee for locations outside these areas.

Our drivers will accompany you and serve as your tour guide. They are able to communicate in English.

After a successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our booking system. This email serves as your voucher and contains all the booking details, contact information, and other important instructions. Please show this email to our tour guide upon pick-up.

 

 

To change or cancel a booking, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly. Please note that cancellations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

About Payments & Policies

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and cash on the spot.

Yes, you can pay a 20% deposit of the total cost to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before your tour date.

  • 100% refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before the tour date.
  • 50% refund if the cancellation is made 3 days before the tour date.
  • 0% refund if the cancellation is made 1 day or less before the tour date.

If the weather on the tour day makes the activity impossible, we will help you reschedule the tour to another date at no extra charge.

Please contact us immediately. Failure to pay the final balance by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

About Specific Tours

For your safety, there are age restrictions that will be provided upon booking. We recommend participants be in good physical condition.

The package includes all necessary snorkeling gear, a life jacket, and underwater photo documentation.

Pick-up for this tour typically begins around 02:30 AM WITA.

Yes, our adventure tours such as rafting and ATV are designed to be enjoyed by beginners and do not require prior experience. Our guides will provide all necessary instructions and safety briefings.

We offer family-friendly tour packages that are designed with safe and comfortable activities for children of various ages. Please check our product descriptions for more detailed information.

Lunch will be provided on certain tours as specified in the package description. We can also accommodate special dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian) if you inform us in advance.
